SURFACE ANTIMICROBIAL SOLUTIONS

SaniTech Services proactive SAS (Surface Antimicrobial Solutions) Program has been successful for the following reasons. 

• SAS is many levels above disinfecting a surface. Disinfecting has no long-term efficacy. Initial contact with a disinfected surface has cross contamination characteristics from that point forward, until the next disinfecting which can be hours, days or even weeks away.

• After completing cleaning and disinfecting, SaniTech Services uses an electrostatic spray system to properly adhere Monofoil M. This antimicrobial continually works to create a long-lasting barrier and eliminates bacterial growth on surfaces for up to one year.

• Our SAS program includes sampling of surfaces, to monitor the success of protecting users. Third party laboratory analysis is shared with our clients only.

• SaniTech Services technicians are not only experienced in the SAS process, but have attained the highest form of training in the industry. This includes cleaning, application of Monofoil M, cross contamination prevention, and OSHA requirements.

• SaniTech Services has trained applicators on a national level, to maintain proper standards for success.

• All of SaniTech Services Public Work projects are administered using the appropriate State Department of Labor rates, with Certified Payrolls submitted with all invoices.

• Coordinating of projects is accomplished without interruption of scheduling.
